Airports
Several airports serve the Chattanooga area. Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (http://www.chattairport.com/) is the closest, but there is shuttle service available to Chattanooga from both the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (http://www.atlanta-airport.com/) and the Nashville International Airport (http://www.nashintl.com/). The fares for Groome Shuttle (423.954.1400 or 800.896.9928, online at http://www.groomechattanooga.com/) are $33.00 one-way and $63.00 round-trip. The fares for Chattanooga Coach (423.855.9171 or 866.536.ride (7433), online at http://www.chattanoogacoach.com/) are $34.00 one-way and $65.00 round trip. Both serve the Nashville and Atlanta airports. Both services are also willing to transport you directly to Southern Adventist University (for a small additional fee) if you arrange ahead of time. The one-way cost from either Nashville or Atlanta to Collegedale would be $48.00 for Groome Shuttle or $45.00 for Chattanooga Coach.
Southern Adventist University's Transportation Services will be able to pick you up and drop you off at the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport or the Groome Shuttle offices. This service will only be available during Transportation Services' regular business hours — Monday through Thursday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (closed for lunch 12:00 - 1:00 pm), and Friday: 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. Contact Terri Fillman at or by phone at 423-236-2716 ahead of time to arrange for this service. The charge is $15.00 one-way.
Taxi services are also available. The cost will be between $25 to $30 one-way for one person. Groups of two or more may qualify for different rates. Here is the contact information:

Bus and Railway
Greyhound buses (http://www.greyhound.com/) come directly to Chattanooga. The Greyhound terminal is near the Chattanooga Airport. Amtrak (http://www.amtrak.com/) has service to Atlanta, From there you will take a Greyhound bus to Chattanooga.
Driving Directions
Coming from Interstate 75, take the Ooltewah exit (#11) and turn east onto Lee Highway. At the second stoplight, turn right onto Little Debbie Parkway. When Little Debbie Parkway dead ends, turn left onto Apison Pike. Continue on Apison Pike through Collegedale. Go straight at the traffic light and follow the road around the bend. Then turn right at the four-way stop onto University Drive.
