No dormitory rooms are available for this Conference. There are four hotels and several other housing choices in town. In Libertador San Martín everything is within walking distance but for those who want to ride, taxis are available for no more than $2.00. This form does not include the hotel in Buenos Aires.
Rooms are small according to US standards. There are twin beds and double beds for couples (no queen or king sizes in this country!). The most frequent arrangements are two twin beds or one double bed in a room but there are a few rooms with space for three or more persons. Continental breakfast is included in all hotels but not necessarily in other facilities. There are no rooms with phones but some have an intercom with the desk. All rooms will have heat and hot water. Depending on the rooms and number of persons sharing a room, the cost may be anywhere from $7.00 to $62.00 per person a night but it is possible to get very reasonable options with private bathrooms from $15.00 to $32.00. Most hotels will accept only cash (pesos or dollar equivalents). Don't forget to include your reservation fee in the conference registration form. Reservation fee is refundable up to four days in advance.
Due to the diversity of options, it is not possible to list them all here. Please let us know your preferences and priorities and we will do our best to find the facility that best matches your specifications as soon as this form is received. We will keep you informed by e-mail.
