- San Francisco Public Library. This library offers something of interest to all librarians.
- Pier39. San Francisco's premier attraction! Here you have a picturesque view of the Bay, more than 100 shops, sea lions at home, creative street performances by local entertainers and other events. A sack lunch will be provided.
- Sonoma State University, Jean and Charles Schulz Information Center. Opened in August 2000, one interesting feature is the Automated Retrieval System (ARS), which is a computer-managed storage facility. It allows the library to store all its bound periodicals and other items on-site. To date, approximately 450,000 volumes are stored in this way. Items are requested directly from the on-line catalog and are retrieved in less than 10 minutes.
- Solano Mission. The last (21st) and northernmost California mission, Mission San Francisco Solano was the only one founded after Mexico's independence from Spain. It was also the only mission established without the prior approval of the Catholic Church. Founded July 4, 1823 by Father Jose Altimira and named after St. Francis Solano, missionary to the Peruvian Indians, it is located in the town of Sonoma, which is 20 miles north of San Francisco on Highway 12.
- Fresh Choice Restaurant - Rohnert Park. All You Can Eat Vegetarian Buffet (Includes one drink).
