- Experience Berrien Springs of the era that Battle Creek College moved here. Step back in time as you dine in a turn-of-the century (make that 20th century) atmosphere. Bob Myers, Curator of the Berrien County Historical Association, will tell us about Berrien Springs circa 1900. You may add to the ambiance of the evening by dressing in the style of the late 19th/early 20th century.

- Visit three libraries that have recently completed renovation/expansion projects. We'll end a busy week with free time in picturesque St. Joseph on Lake Michigan for shopping and supper on your own in one of the many restaurants or at the Venetian Festival -- a waterfront festival with rides and food.

- Historic Battle Creek Tour
- Battle Creek, Michigan, has many connections with the early history of the SDA Church. The tall building that once housed Dr. John Harvey Kellogg's sanitarium is still the city's most prominent landmark. We will join the morning worship service at the tabernacle, followed by a picnic lunch. The afternoon tour of historic sites will include the newly opened Advent Pioneer Village, the Kellogg Discovery Center, and Oak Hill Cemetery where Ellen White and many other church leaders are buried.

- Dearborn is home to one of Michigan's most interesting historical sites. The museum and village house such artifacts as the Wright brothers' bicycle shop, Thomas Edison's laboratory, and other life-size artifacts of the Industrial Revolution in America.
